What day of the week will you service my pool?

We'll establish your service day during onboarding based on our route and your preferences. Once set, that's your day every week. We stick to the schedule reliably.

What if you find a problem during service?

We'll contact you right away with an honest assessment and clear options. If it's a repair we can handle immediately, we'll take care of it. For larger jobs, we'll schedule a time that works for you.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. Most of our clients aren't home during service. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, we'll handle everything and keep you updated.

What happens if it rains on my service day?

We still come. Rain doesn't stop pool maintenance—the water chemistry and equipment still need attention. We'll adjust our process as needed but keep your schedule consistent.

Can you service my pool while I'm out of town?

Absolutely. Many of our clients have second homes or travel frequently. We'll service your pool reliably and keep you informed with updates, even when you're away.

What if I need something between weekly visits?
