Scenic Highway 30A runs along the Gulf through South Walton, linking a string of beach neighborhoods that each have their own look and their own pool needs. Courtyard pools in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, compact rental pools in Seaside, shaded pools under the oaks in Seagrove, and estate pools in gated communities all call for a slightly different approach. What stays the same is the routine: a consistent service day, the same checklist on every visit, and a photo of the cleaned pool and notes by email afterward.
Most of 30A gets its tap water from Regional Utilities, which pumps groundwater from Floridan Aquifer wells and treats it only with chlorine. We still test and balance every pool on every stop, because summer heat, rental use, rain and top-offs keep chemistry moving. Salt air, blowing sand, coastal dune lakes and spring pine pollen are part of life along 30A, and they all show up in the pool and on the equipment pad.

A routine stop covers the deck blow-off, furniture, toys out of the water, chemistry, skimmer and pump baskets, an equipment inspection, and skimming, vacuuming and brushing. Quarterly deep cleans and equipment inspections are included at no extra cost, and repairs are handled in-house.
