You’ll drive a company van, represent Pool Captains professionally at every visit, and work closely with our office team to keep customers informed from diagnosis through completion.

Main responsibilities

  • Run a daily schedule of pool repair and diagnostic appointments
  • Troubleshoot pool circulation and filtration issues and determine root causes

What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of professional pool repair experience with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of pool water chemistry and circulation systems, with the ability to identify how equipment issues impact water quality
  • Confident working independently, managing multiple appointments, and delivering consistent repair outcomes
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, and automation systems
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized with a take-ownership mindset
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and service apps to document work and communicate clearly
  • CPO certification (preferred) or willingness to maintain required certifications for the role

Why you'll love working here

  • Clear expectations and accountability
  • Well-organized schedules and operations
  • Supportive, team-first culture
  • Leadership that cares about doing things the right way
  • Opportunity to grow into senior repair technician or leadership roles

What success looks like

Success in this role looks like accurately diagnosing issues the first time, completing high-quality repairs efficiently, and keeping customers informed with clear notes, photos, and professional communication. You proactively identify underlying problems, recommend the right solutions, and leave each pool system running properly, safely, and reliably.
