Pool Captains App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Pool Captains FL Holdings, LLC (“Pool Captains,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Pool Captains app for our pool-service customers. It does not cover Deckhand or our staff QuickBooks tools; those are described separately at https://poolcaptains.com/privacy.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and phone number, and those of the points of contact you add to your account.
• Your service locations, invoices, payments, and quotes.
• For saved payment methods: the card brand, last four digits, and expiry, or the bank name and last four digits. Full card and bank numbers are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach our servers.
• A sign-in session on your device so you stay signed in.

How we use it

Only to run your account: to show your bills and quotes, take the payments you make or authorize, send service reports and billing notices to the people you choose, and contact you about your service.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payments (https://stripe.com/privacy), and our email provider, to send your sign-in codes, reports, and receipts. We do not sell your information, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

Points of contact

Anyone you add with an email address can sign in and see the account’s bills. Remove them in the app at any time; that ends their access.

Keeping and deleting your information

Request deletion in the app (Account > Delete my account) or by emailing team@poolcaptains.com. We remove your sign-in and contact details and confirm by email. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires.

Children

The app is for our customers and is not directed to children under 13.
